TVRH Benefits Overview for Prospective Employees

TVRH is committed to offering our employees a benefits package that is comprehensive and competitive.  We offer benefits that help you make the most of your career and your life. Below you will find a list of our most used benefits.   Our program includes health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, education, training, and more. Employees are eligible for our external benefits at the start of the month following the date of hire and our internal benefits after the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

Medical

Three medical plan options are administered by CIGNA

  • HDH Plan - A higher deductible health plan option with an Health Savings Account (HSA) bank account feature that lets you save money as a before tax deductions

  • PPO Plan - A Preferred Provider Organization plan that offers in-network and out-of-network coverage

  • EPO Plan - A Exclusive Provider Organization plan that offers in-network coverage

  • HSA - Health Savings Account (HSA) Available to employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). These pre-tax funds can be used for the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and other non-covered eligible expenses.

  • Medical FSA - Available to employees enrolled in the PPO and EPO medical plans. Pre-tax payroll deduction. Use-it-or-lose-it provision, $570 carryover allowable year to year

Dental

  • Dental PPO Plan - Offers in-network and out-of-network coverage with no deductible for preventative services

Vision

  • Eye Care Plan - Plan coverage includes annual exam, contact lens fittings and evaluations and an eyewear allowance

Other Coverages

  • Life Insurance - Coverage for the employee, spouses and dependents is available

  • Short-term Disability (STD) - Coverage up to 13 weeks pays up to 67% of your annual earnings

  • Long-term Disability (LTD) - Coverage after 90 days pays up to 60% of your monthly earnings

  • Critical Illness - provides a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a specified disease like a heart attack, stroke or cancer

  • Accident - Offers financial protection by paying a cash benefit if you or an insured dependent are injured as a result of a covered accident

  • Hospital Indemnity - Supplements your existing health insurance coverage by helping pay expenses for hospital stays

  • Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) - Provides employees with free, confidential assistance to help with personal or professional challenges that may interfere with work or family responsibilities. Services are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week

  • Ginger Behavior Health - Ginger offers mental health services for your entire workforce. Behavioral health coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and self-care resources, all from the privacy of a smartphone

  • Pet Insurance - Group discount pet insurance rates through PetPlan and ASPCA

401(k)

  • Employees are eligible to join the plan the first of the month after date of hire

    • Pre-tax and ROTH contributions available

    • Employer match up to 3% (50% of employee deferrals up to 6% of the employee’s annual earnings)

    • Diverse mix of funds including Target-date funds, Growth strategy funds, and Fixed Income

    • Vesting begins after the second year of service with the company at 20% and increases 20% every year after. (6-year vesting schedule)

Continuing Education

  • CE budget - Provides employees with funds to use towards conferences, seminars, online training and more

  • CE PTO - Provides employees to paid time off to attend continuing education opportunities

 

 

 

Paid Parental Leave

  • Up to 6 weeks paid leave for the birth of a child or adoption of a child who is 17 years old or younger

  • Pays 80% of salary up to $2,000 per week

  • Available to birth mothers, spouses or committed partners of birth mothers, and parents who have adopted a child

  • Eligible after completing 12 months of service

Uniform Allowance

  • TVRH provides employees with up to 3 pairs of scrubs after the completion of their probationary period and contributes to the purchase of employee uniforms bi-annually

  • TVRH offers discounts to employees on services and products. We also hold regular employee pet wellness clinics to help our TVRH pets stay up to date on preventative care
