Part or all of your TVRH sIRA funds can be rolled into your new 401k plan if you so choose.  Funds from other IRAs or 401k plans may be rolled over as well.  Rollovers are accepted any time after the plan effective date of 1/1/2018 provided it has been 2 years since the first employer contribution.

To roll funds from your TVRH sIRA, you will need to complete an IRA Distribution Form from Charles Schwab.  You will need to complete sections 1-5 and section 7 of the form.  Click here to see a completed form for rolling over all of your sIRA funds into the new 401k.

Once complete, the form can be mailed, faxed or uploaded to your Charles Schwab account for submission:

  2. Click the Message Center icon and then click the Compose New Message link.

Once the form is processed, you will receive a check for the distribution amount from Charles Schwab.  This check must be turned into Jules along with your completed Rollover Form Part 2 from our 401k Plan Booklet.

To roll funds for another retirement plan, you will need to contact the company holding the plan.
