New Employee Self-Service Portal
We will be launching a new employee portal on February 1st that will allow you to view your paystubs, W-2s and clock ins and outs online, as well as update your personal information. The goal is to also add PTO tracking and benefit information and enrollment to the portal over the next several months. All employees will receive an email invitation with your login information from Carolina Pay Pros on January 22nd.
Pay information will updated each pay date. Each employee will receive an email notification the morning of the pay date informing you that your paystub is ready to view. These electronic stubs will replace the paper stubs we currently receive.
For hourly employees, you will be clocking in and out via the My Employer portal as well. Links to the login page will replace the web clock links on the computer desktops in the hospital, so make sure you have registered and are ready with your new login information for your shift on Febuary 1st.
